About Us
The Rosebud Respiratory Clinic is operated by Dr. Sally Shaw (M.B., B. S., Dipl. Obs. Dipl. ACSCM). With over 20+ years as a General Practitioner, Dr. Shaw and her team understand the importance of ones health. Thus, it then seemed appropriate for Dr. Shaw to establish the Rosebud Respiratory Centre - one of the Commonwealth Governments' COVID-19 testing facilities, established to detect the presence of COVID-19 in an individual.
Officially opened by The Hon. Greg Hunt MP, the Rosebud Respiratory Clinic operates 7 days a week (Monday-Fri: 8am-7pm, Sat & Sun: 8am-4pm) for COVID-19 testing.
Walk-in's are accepted at the Rosebud Respiratory Clinic, but it is recommended to make a booking to save time when you arrive, especially if you haven't had a test at the Rosebud Respiratory Clinic before. You can book by clicking here.
Dr. Sally Shaw
In addition to Dr. Shaw, the Rosebud Respiratory Clinic also has a great, young and large staff. Consisting of medical professionals, nurses and administration staff, our staff are there to make your COVID-19 testing experience, which can often be overwhelming, as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
Acknowledging the high-risk environment of our clinic, our team have very strict procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of them, you and other patients.
These include consistent sanitisation practices on surfaces and hands, wearing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adhering to density quotients inside our clinic, advising patients to wait outside before being called in for a test and to exit the clinic as soon as they have been swabbed. All staff have also been trained in infection control training, respiratory training and outbreak management procedures.
